❍ 신청 기간(Application Period): 2024. 9. 26.(목 Thurs) 09:00 ~ 9. 27.(금 Fri) 17:00

❍ 취소절차(Cancellation Process): 학생이 인터넷으로 포털에서 직접 수강취소 신청→교과목 개설학과에서 취소 승인 (Students apply for registration cancellation by themselves -> Departments will approve the                                                                                                                                            cancellation)

❍ 취소방법(Cancellation Method): 전남대학교 포털사이트(http://portal.jnu.ac.kr)에 접속한 후 (Log on your portal)
“교육지원→내학사행정→수업→수강신청→수강취소 신청” 선택 (Change the language to Korean on the portal and follow the process to apply)

❍ 수강취소 과목범위 (Limit of Registration Cancellation)

- 수강취소 신청과목은 2과목 이내로 하되 취소 후 수강학점은 1학점 이상을 유지해야 함 (수업관리지침 제19조) (After Cancel within two subjects, you must keep more than one credit as this semster registered credits)

❍ 수강취소 내역확인

- 수강취소 후 최종 수강신청 내역을 반드시 확인 (After Registration Cancellation, You must check history of your final course registration)

- 전남대포털-로그인-교육지원-내학사행정-수업-수강신청-수강내역 확인 (Follow the process to check it)

❍ 유의사항 (Important notes)

- 수강취소자는 직후 학기 학점이월 대상자에서 제외(교학규정 제24조의2②) (Students who cancel subjects are excluded from the transfer of credits to the next semester.(first semester of 2025))

- 수강취소 기간 이후에는 수강취소 불가 (It is impossible to apply for cancel courses after the period)

- 수강취소 교과목은 복원 불가 (It is impossible to restore canceled subject)

- 전공실기 교과목 또는 조 편성에 의하여 수업이 운영되는 교과목은 가급적 수강취소 자제
