 전남대학교포털사이트(http://portal.jnu.ac.kr)에 로그인 후 → 
교육지원→ 내학사행정→ 장학 → 도전장학→ 장학금신청에 접속
하여 도전계획서작성 및 제출

마. 유의사항
- 게시된 첨부파일 내의 내용을 반드시 숙지해야 하며, 미숙지로 인한 책임은 신청자 본인에게 있음 
- 자기계발활동기록부 성적은 접수마감일 17:00까지 승인 완료된 점수만 인정됨
- 접수 마감일시 기준 필수 확인 요망(25. 5. 30. 금 17:00), 미확인으로 인한 책임은 신청자 본인에게 있음
- 자기계발활동기록부의 점수는 학생 신청 후 단과대학 담당자 승인 완료되어야 점수가 반영되기 때문에 담당자 승인 여부를 신청자 본인이 반드시 확인해야 하며, 확인하지 않아 발생한 미승인 건에 대한 책임은 신청자 본인에게 있음

1. 연속지원 관련

Q: 지난 학기에 지원했는데, 선발되지 않았습니다. 이번 학기에 지원할 수 있나요?
A: (연속지원 제한여부) 연속지원 제한은 직전학기 최종 선발된 학생만 해당 됩니다. 따라서 지원 가능합니다.

Q: 4학년 1학기 때 받았는데, 4학년 2학기(현재 졸업학기)이면 또 신청해서 받을 수 있나요?
A: 졸업학기에 해당하는 학생은 신청이 가능합니다. 따라서 5년제 학과, 혹은 6년제 학과 학생인 경우에는 졸업학기(5학년 2학기, 6학년 2학기)에만 신청이 가능합니다.
 
Q: 24년 1학기 때 도전을 받았고, 그 이후에는 쭉 휴학했다가 25년도 1학기에 또 도전 장학을 신청하고 싶어요. 가능한가요?
A: 아니오, 휴학 직전학기에 도전장학을 수혜받았으면 복학한 학기에는 도전장학을 신청할 수 없습니다. 복학 다음학기에는 신청이 가능하오니, 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

2. 자기계발 점수 관련

Q: 자계부 점수는 800점 만점이던데, 현재 저의 자계부 점수에서 외국어점수를 뺀 나머지 점수가 제 자계부 점수인가요?
A: 네, 자계부 점수는 1,000점 만점에서, 외국어영역 점수 200점을 뺀 나머지 800점이 만점이며, 학생들의 점수에서 외국어영역 점수를 제외한 나머지 점수가 도전장학생(비상) 자계부 점수가 됩니다.
 
 
Q: 마감기한 이후에 외국어 성적을 받을 수 있는데, 그런 경우에는 인정이 불가한가요?
A: 인정이 불가합니다. 공지한대로 외국어 점수를 포함한 자계부 점수는 마감일시까지 담당자 승인 및 도전장학 신청을 완료한 내역에 대해서만 인정이 가능하오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

 
Q: 자기계발활동 기록부에 점수를 올렸는데, 단과대학 담당 선생님의 승인을 받지 못한 채로 접수기한을 넘겨버렸습니다. 나중에라도 점수 인정이 가능한가요?
A: 인정이 불가합니다. 사전에 공지한대로 자계부 점수는 마감일시까지 담당자 승인 및 도전장학 신청을 완료한 내역에 대해서만 인정이 가능하오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

Q: 외국어 성적을 받은지 2년이 지났는데, 혹시 인정이 가능한가요?
A: 인정이 불가합니다. 접수 마감일 기준으로 2년 이내에 취득한 점수만 인정하오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.

Q: 외국어 성적이 2개가 있는데, 어떤 성적을 내야하나요?
A: 외국어 성적은 1개만 인정이 가능하며, 접수마감일 기준 2년 이내에 취득한 점수중 점수표상 더 높은 점수로 산정이 가능한 내역을 제출해주시기 바랍니다.
 
3. 기타

Q: 면접일날 사정이 있는데, 혹시 면접일을 변경하거나 비대면 면접을 볼 수는 없을까요?
A: 불가합니다. 해당 면접은 대면으로만 진행되며, 면접일 변경은 불가능하오니 참고해주시기 바랍니다.
 
Q: 도전장학 면접을 보고 나서 바로 휴학하거나 자퇴하는 경우, 도전장학금을 받을 수 있나요?
A: 불가합니다. 도전 장학금은 재학생이 수혜 가능한 장학으로, 장학금 수혜 전까지 재학 외의 상태로 학적이 변하는 경우 선발 및 장학금 지급에서 제외되오니 참고해 주시기 바랍니다.

 After logging in to Chonnam National University portal site (http://portal.jnu.ac.kr ), → 

Educational support → internal academic administration → scholarship → challenge scholarship → access to scholarship application

E. Precautions

- You must be familiar with the contents of the posted attachment, and the applicant himself/herself is responsible for the unskilled land 

- Only scores approved by 17:00 on the deadline of application are recognized for the results of the self-development activity record

- Requested confirmation as of the deadline for filing (25.5. 30. Fri. 17:00), the applicant himself/herself is responsible for the unidentified

- Since the score of the self-development activity record book must be approved by the person in charge of college after the student's application, the applicant must check whether the person in charge has approved or not, and the applicant is responsible for the non-approval caused by not checking

FAQ

1. Related to continuous support

Q: I applied last semester, but I have not been selected. Can I apply this semester?

A: (Limited continuous application) The continuous application limit is only for students who were selected in the last semester. Therefore, you can apply.

Q: I received it during the first semester of the fourth grade, but can I apply for it again if it's the second semester of the fourth grade (currently graduation semester)?

A: Students who are in the graduation semester can apply. Therefore, students in the 5-year or 6-year departments can apply only in the graduation semester (2nd semester of the 5th grade and 2nd semester of the 6th grade).

Q: I received a scholarship in the first semester of 2024, and after that, I want to take a leave of absence and apply for another scholarship in the first semester of 2013. Is it possible?

A: No, if you received a challenge scholarship in the last semester of your leave of absence, you cannot apply for it in the semester you returned to school. You can apply in the next semester, so please keep that in mind.

2. Regarding the self-improvement score

Q: My self-improvement score is out of 800, but is the rest of my current self-improvement score minus foreign language score my self-improvement score?

A: Yes, out of 1,000 points, 800 points excluding 200 points in the foreign language area are perfect, and the remaining points excluding the foreign language area from the students' points are the challenge scholarship (emergency) self-development points.

Q: I can get a foreign language grade after the deadline, but in that case, is it impossible to accept it?

A: I can't accept it. As announced, self-development scores including foreign language scores can only be approved by the person in charge and the application for challenge scholarship by the deadline, so please keep that in mind.

Q: I posted my score on the self-development activity register, but I passed the deadline without getting approval from the college teacher. Can I get my score recognized later?

Q: It's been 2 years since I got my foreign language grade, can I accept it?

A: I can't accept it. Please note that we only accept scores acquired within two years as of the deadline for application.

A: Only one foreign language grade can be recognized, and please submit the details that can be calculated with a higher score on the score sheet among the scores acquired within 2 years as of the deadline.

3. Other

Q: I have a situation on the day of the interview, can I change the interview date or have a non-face-to-face interview?

A: That's not possible. Please note that the interview will be conducted face-to-face only, and you can't change the date of the interview.

Q: If I take a leave of absence or drop out of school immediately after taking a challenge scholarship interview, can I get a challenge scholarship?

A: It's impossible. Please note that the challenge scholarship is a scholarship that students can benefit from, and if your school records change to a condition other than your school records until you receive the scholarship, you will be excluded from the selection and scholarship payment.

Q: Can I know the passing score of last year's challenge scholarship?

Q: Is it impossible to apply for a challenge scholarship for a freshman?

A: First-year students will be able to apply for challenge scholarships in the second semester, so please keep that in mind.
