4. 유의사항
가. 이번 등록기간에 등록하지 못할 학생은 미등록 휴학(휴학종류: 일반휴학)을 신청하시기 바랍니다.
나. 휴학기간이 만료된 학생 중 복학 신청을 하지 않은 학생은 이번 추가 복학 기간에 복학을 신청하시기 바랍니다.
다. 납입고지서는 각 가정에 우편 발송되지 않으니 우리 대학교 홈페이지 또는 전남대포털(포털-로그인-교육지원-내학사행정-등록-등록금고지서출력)에서 출력하여 납부하시기 바랍니다.〔등록금 고지서 확인은 '25. 3. 12.(수)부터 가능〕
라. 2025. 1학기 정부보증 학자금 대출등록을 원하는 학생은 한국장학재단 대출 승인 후 상기 등록기간 내 지급 실행 요청하여 등록금이 납부될 수 있도록 조치하시기 바랍니다.
1. Tuition Payment Period
- Period: March 12, 2025 (Wed) – March 14, 2025 (Fri) by 16:00 (3 days)
➣ Students exceeding the standard study period for the 2025 Spring Semester must also pay tuition within this period.
2. Tuition Payment Locations
- Banks: Gwangju Bank, NongHyup, Kookmin Bank, Shinhan Bank (Nationwide branches)
➣ Payment options include virtual account transfer (as listed on the bill) or credit card payment via Gwangju Bank.
3. Leave of Absence & Return to school Application
- Portal Path: Chonnam National University Portal → Log in → Education Support → Academic Administration → Academic Status → Leave of Absence/Reinstatement Application

- ※ Students applying for early reinstatement must print their tuition bill through the portal during the additional registration period.
- ※ If early reinstated students haven’t registered for classes, they must do so during the course registration correction period (Mar 4 – Mar 10, 2025).

Leave of Absence Application Period
- General Leave (Unregistered): Mar 12, 2025 (Wed) – Mar 14, 2025 (Fri)
- General Leave (Registered): Feb 18, 2025 (Tue) – Apr 24, 2025 (Thu) (until half of the semester is completed)
- Leave Extension: Mar 12, 2025 (Wed) – Mar 14, 2025 (Fri)
- For students whose leave period expires by Feb 28, 2025, and wish to extend their leave.
- For military leave extensions, students must first apply for military reinstatement during the reinstatement period, then reapply for a general leave.
4. Important Notes
- A. Students unable to register during this period should apply for an unregistered general leave of absence.
- B. Students whose leave period has expired but haven’t applied for reinstatement must do so during the additional reinstatement period.
- C. Tuition bills will not be mailed to households. Please print the bill from the university website or the Chonnam National University portal (Portal → Login → Education Support → Academic Administration → Registration → Print Tuition Bill). Tuition bills will be available for printing from Mar 12, 2025 (Wed).
- D. Students wishing to register through a government-guaranteed student loan for the 2025 Spring Semester should apply for loan approval from the Korea Student Aid Foundation (KOSAF) and request loan disbursement within the tuition payment period to ensure proper payment.
